Next Stop Baltimore Penn Station is a joint planning effort underway with the goal of establishing a shared vision with our stakeholders and community for the redevelopment of Baltimore Penn Station and neighboring Amtrak property. Penn Station Partners, led by Beatty Development and Cross Street Partners was selected as the Master Developer for this ambitious effort, and we’ve been advancing plans based on feedback received since the Kick Off meeting last summer. We are now excited to share the Vision Plan Framework, and continue the discussion with another opportunity for community input at our second of three public meetings.
At the Framework Meeting, community participants will be invited to:
Learn how community insights from the Kick Off Meeting have informed the planning process
Review framework plans that show progress to date
Provide feedback on framework plans
Parking is available in either the University of Baltimore’s Maryland Avenue Garage or the Fitzgerald Garage. Standard Rates Apply. Handicapped spaces are available on West Mount Royal Avenue in front of the Business Center and next to Gordon Plaza as well as in both garages.
